Robert Palmer, the founder of Be Exceptional, is a Prominent Personal Trainer and Fitness Business advisor. After deciding not to pursue a career in athletics or finance, a family tragedy forced him to refocus his energies to bettering the lives of those around him through innovative health and wellness services by way of corporate wellness coaching and personal training, powering the lives of executives, creatives, and business leaders. He can be found changing lives through personal training and fitness, blogging, collaborating with brands in men’s fashion and style, and serving as an athlete and brand ambassador.

With personal training, the focus is on what matters the most, you. Through Be Exceptional personal training sessions, you can expect to get:

Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM-FNS)

​Understanding basic rules and guidelines on diet and nutrition are essential to everyone, especially those that are partaking on a health and wellness journey and climbing to Be Exceptional. proper nutrition coaching is vital for the average person in general pop and all athlete's peak performance and a certified nutrition coach better guide you about that . It is most important to understand that most death and disease causes are linked to poor diet and a lack of physical activity. Several chronic diseases, including heart disease, certain cancers, hypertension, Type II diabetes, and osteoporosis, all fall into a nasty lifestyle choice of unhealthy eating. Helping you pave the way for a lifelong journey of health ! ​

Body Work: Stretching & Flexibility (Nasm - SFC) 

The body work practice of assisted stretching , is often a manual table or floor based therapy where the client’s fascia is stretched in order to improve their joint movements. This practice combines perpetual movements and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), in order to achieve a pain-free, relaxing deep-stretch,  allowing the release of any built-up stress within the fascia – encouraging better circulation, improved posture, and higher energy levels.
