Body Work: Stretching & Flexibility (Nasm - SFC)
The body work practice of assisted stretching , is often a manual table or floor based therapy where the client’s fascia is stretched in order to improve their joint movements. This practice combines perpetual movements and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), in order to achieve a pain-free, relaxing deep-stretch, allowing the release of any built-up stress within the fascia – encouraging better circulation, improved posture, and higher energy levels.
