This is now a 30 Minute Virtual Bootcamp Class. Works with weights, bands, or bodyweight. All levels invited.
EVERY Tuesday and Wednesday 1:30PM (EST) REPLAY IS AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL +$5. you will also set added to a special list for exclusive deals.
Each individual can expect to see:

Virtual Boot camp classes can be an effective weight loss solution having proven to be very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall Neuromuscular control.
