Yes, our bodies grow accustomed to certain physical routines and diets over time, that’s why it’s important to work with a personal trainer who can work with you on the components of physical fitness, supplements and nutrition into a plan that is developed to really work for you and the issues you’re prone to. Continuously doing the same exercises, with the same weights, reps and maintaining a cardio routine of consistent intensity and duration, will definitely make you feel personally ambitious, but not physically accomplished.
