In the gym, attitude is everything.
The problem: Half of the battle is the mental defeat of just doing it---- taking the first step, being discipline in diet and exercise routine, pushing past the perceived limitations of your own ability, and going the extra mile to make a noticeable difference that keeps you coming back for more.
The solution: finding a healthy balance between self-doubt, your current ability, future capabilities, strength, endurance, and where you want to be in your fitness journey overall.
Knowing that these concerns overwhelm everyone, and that time waits for no one, yet everyone wants results, now, I have developed a comprehensive and holistic approach to personal training that consistently yields phenomenal results for my clients. The Be Exceptional Fitness philosophy has a vital lifestyle component that maintains and supports an active and social lifestyle by providing diet hacks that substitutes the commonly used unhealthy foods with nutrient-rich wholesome alternatives so that you can keep up the “work hard, play hard” lifestyle that most of my clients want to continue enjoying (in moderation of course!). The biggest misconception about working out is that exercise alone is enough, though you need a complete lifestyle shift that supports your fitness regimen to truly Be Exceptional.
The Be Exceptional method is not about showing your muscles or introducing intimidating fitness routines, it is about a thorough assessment that lays a foundation for an effective fitness program. All Be Exceptional Fitness programs, in-person or virtual through our app, start with an assessment of physical readiness, mobility restrictions, strength, injuries, past experiences, and to set your goals. Any initial meeting with a personal trainer that is a workout session should be reason to pause for concern--- how can someone help you achieve your health and fitness goals if they don’t have an accurate understanding of where you’re at and where you want to be?
As a fitness expert, with 10+ certifications spanning from pre/post natal, performance enhancement, strength calisthenics, fitness nutrition, to personal training, I act as real life GPS system for my clients fitness journey.

is online coaching weird?
We currently teach other fitness entrepreneurs online as well. It is different, but the learning curve is not that steep. We have trained individuals over facetime, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, and google hangout/Meets.
Are the classes pre-recorded?
Not at all. Be Exceptional Fitness sessions are taught live during the scheduled class.
Do I need an App?
Yes, but it is free. In your app store search, Google Meets, download the app, and log in securely.
Do I need a google account to do virtual coaching?
You do need a Google account if you want to see the video; you can call in with the provided audio conference call info if you want to hear the cues for HIIT or a bootcamp class.
In group classes, Can everyone see me?
Not if you do not want them to – you can hide your video feed and mute your audio.
I already purchased sessions for in-person training, but I want to attend a virtual class session online. Should I email you for help with that?
Yes – we will convert your class credits for you!
I have never completed a ONLINE class with Be Exceptional Fitness before. Is there anything else I need to do?
Yes! If you have never worked with Be Exceptional Fitness before, there are waivers and a detailed assessment sheet that needs to get completed.
