For each order, the meals are individually packaged in Microwavable and freezer friendly containers.

  • All protein are 125 grams in weight, Fiber is 75grams in weight, and Starches are 100 grams in weight.
  • Total weight of food each container food approximately 300grams
  • Total weight of food per order of 5 1500grams


Please see instructions for selecting your meals:


  1. Select the protein in the drop down box
  2. Select the 2 sides that you would like with you order. (1 Fiber and 1 Starch)
  3. Select the quantity of orders you want with the selections
  4. Add your selections to cart.


If you would like to additionally add a different order type, simply, on the same screen, re-select the previous options and follow the above steps.
